NTT Volkswagen Heidelberg has vacancy for a Vehicle Admin & Creditors Clerk available.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
All Used Vehicle admin:
Bringing Vehicles into stock
Invoicing of vehicles
Creating of Vehicle orders.
Creditors Clerk Functions:
Posting off Creditors invoicing
Recon of Accounts
Submitting Accounts for payment.
•Excellent Computer Skills(Microsoft office, Evolve will be an advantage)
•Good communication (oral and written)
•Interpersonal relations, co-workers & customers
•Well-presented
