• Greet customers and accurately capture service requirements
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently
• Provide customers with feedback on vehicle progress and costs
• Prepare job cards and ensure all relevant information is recorded
• Liaise with technicians and parts department
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a VW Dealership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
• Computer literacy (experience with dealer management systems will be advantageous)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
